Myofascial Release

A web of connective tissue shapes your body from the surface to the bone.  Restrictions in this web are associated with problems of posture, movement, impingement of nerves and blood circulation, joint problems, and feelings of discomfort, numbness, or pain.  Myofascial Release is a manual therapy method aimed at removing restrictions in the web of fascia to restore normal structure and function, bringing a feeling of ease, instead of un-ease or dis-ease.  It can help you create profound and lasting change toward harmony and freedom.  Unlock your body's full potential.

Manual Lymph Drainage

Lymph is a fluid under your skin that is involved with cellular waste removal, absorbing fats from your digestion, maintaining fluid levels in the body, and is a component of your immune system.  It is circulated only by the use of your muscles in movement.  If lymph circulation is impeded by a sedentary lifestyle, restrictions in the fascia, or other causes such as surgery or traumatic injury, the functions of lymph are affected and fluid can stagnate or accumulate (sluggishness, bloating, swelling).  Stagnant lymph can cause problems with breast health, swollen lymph nodes, puffy face, swollen fingers, brain fog, digestive problems, fatigue, skin issues, soreness and stiffness, frequent colds and flu, food sensitivities, increased severity of allergies and sinus infections, and many other conditions.  Manual Lymph Drainage is a special method of using the hands to move lymphatic fluid and promote circulation to eliminate stagnation and accumulation, encouraging healthy lymphatic function.
